GoML, launched in June of 2023, was launched with a vision of leveraging technology to solve business problems for its customers, building solutions that help our clients extract actual business value from & achieve their organizational goals faster.
GenAI has been a buzz word for over 2 years now, especially post GPT3.5 launch by OpenAI, towards the end of 2022, but the razor sharp focus, since the beginning at GoML, was to leverage these LLMs to build & deliver solutions, that our clients can leverage to improve their business processes from Day 1.
Till date, GoML has delivered 50+ use cases across multiple industries including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services & Retail, with more than 14 of these use cases deployed & running in production for over 6 months. As we close out 2024, our team reflects on what we achieved, where we faltered & how we prepared to enter into a bigger & robust 2025.

Highlights of the Year 2024 @ GoML
Entering into the year, as a 10 member team, we grew to a 50+ member team, strengthening our skills & capabilities in the GenAI world.
As the team grew, we also strengthened our leadership team, hiring across critical roles from Head of Engineering, Head of Delivery to a Head of People & Lead Architects.
Furthermore, bringing in leaders from the Industry, has helped us bring in the right Organizational Design & structure, as well as build in the right processes to deliver the best & the most innovative solutions to our clients.
Achieving Advanced Consulting tier, in less than 6 months, was a key achievement, showcasing our capabilities of delivering cutting edge solutions on AWS, also opening up newer avenues, that we can leverage AWS, to support our clients, including early access to services like Bedrock & Agents, Funding programs and bring in the right AWS technical leadership for our clients.
In addition, being named as a GenAI Competency Launch partner with AWS, in March, post an arduous 2 month Audit from AWS stalwarts, GoML joined an Elite list of 22 partners globally, including the likes of Accenture & Deloitte, being the only early stage startup in this list. This was a clear testament to the use cases that GoML has delivered for its client, from soalving life-saving solutions on Healthcare to automating Audit Compliance for Life Sciences.
Aligning with our vision of build technology solutions aligning with the customer’s business problems, GoML launched a 1st in the Industry, its LLM Use Case Leaderboard, hosting 50+, ready to deploy, curated LLM use cases, across different industries including HCLS, BFSI & Retail.
The leaderboard focused on open-sourcing proven industry use cases, allowing customers to experience a relevant use case for their business, real time, either through a series of immersive demos or actual code they can test.
We also launched 12 LLM Boilerplates, across more repeatable use cases, including Intelligent Document Extraction engines, Personalized content generation agents, multi-agent framework for events orchestration etc.
These Boilerplates, that are hosted in the client’s environment, were customized to solve the client’s use case, allowing them to go live with Production grade workloads in less than 8 weeks!
Leveraging our Data Extraction & Insight generation boilerplate, a $250 M NY based Healthcare provider went live with an end to end Physician’s assistant across their network of 30 hospitals, in less than 10 weeks.
But the proof is in the pudding and at GoML, we couldn’t have been more proud of ourselves, when our Patient Health Analysis solution, deployed for Atria.org, helped them save a 9-year old girl’s life. The solution was featured at the AWS NY Summit on 10th June, as a breakthrough in Healthcare, with Satwik Sashasai, Atria’s CTO, describing how they leveraged the solution to save lives

As an organization, as have come a long way in 2024, growing 500% revenue YoY, onboarding 30+ new customer logos across North Americas, MENA & India, with 3 Fortune 500 clients, including the largest Property Listing portal in MENA, a Trillion dollar Automobile manufacturer and the 2nd largest Steel manufacturer.
GoML has fostered partnerships across North Americas & ANZ, with MobileAlive in Canada, to grow its Banking portfolio, with Saksoft in The USA to build a focused co-sell motion on Healthcare, specifically on leveraging Patient data for improved Clinical Research and with Nebulous Consulting in Australia to expand its portfolio in ANZ, focused on Banking & Insurance.
GoML also debuted at AWS re:Invent this year, with a fabulous customer event at TopGolf, hosting the likes of Aetna & IBM, across a series of interesting conversations on GenAI, golfing & sipping a few cocktails.
While we are a hard working team, we do believe all work makes Jack a dull boy! The complete GoML team had their 1st Annual outing in Bangalore, March of this year.
Moreover, it was a pleasure to meet everyone, whom you have been working with for over a year, to see them in person, have collaborative discussions, bash out ideas, but most importantly, party hard!
We kickstarted GoML 18 months back, with a vision to deliver GenAI powered solutions, to help clients solve real business problems. 2024 was a huge validation & a boost to our capabilities in this area.
As we wrap up an extraordinary year 2024, GoML’s expertize in harnessing the power of Generative AI to drive real-world impact across industries is just beginning.
