At GoML, since its early days of inception in June last year, we have had a vision of building an ecosystem that transcends the transactional vendor-customer relationship and helps them beyond just the technology expertise that GoML brought to the table. Strong, strategic partnerships were the way to go, and that’s what we focused on from Day 1. Working closely with the major hyperscalers, including AWS, Microsoft & Google, we set up an immediate, short term & long-term plan to scale these partnerships.

A strategic partnership with AWS not only helped GoML build a niche expertise in the Generative AI space, upscale the 60+ Engineers and architects on the latest and greatest in GenAI, and become part of exclusive programs, which can be leveraged for our clients to gain and benefit from this relationship.

Scaling to become an advanced consulting partner in <6 months last year, last week, GoML achieved another significant milestone in this journey. It joined an Elite group of niche GenAI solutions providers globally to become a launch partner for the AWS Generative AI Competency, a feat it was able to achieve after a rigorous validation audit by the AWS GenAI experts. Leveraging GenAI to power People Science and Human Behavior – SurePeople

A pioneer in human behavior management, SurePeople’s patented PRISM psychometric assessment framework helps understand human behavior, acting as a high-performing coach across the human psychology cycle. They worked with our GenAI consultants and the Amazon Bedrock SAs to design a personal coaching assistant, leveraging the PRISM framework to manage everything from appraisals to meeting coaches and behavioral insights in real-time. Leveraging GoML’s AWS partnership, we jointly built parallel pilots to automate the initial few use cases, which helped them prove business value faster, getting up to $25 K in funding from AWS to fast-track some of these. Hyper-personalized marketing outreach generation for 10X conversion – SolarPlexus

SolarPlexus is on a mission to revolutionize the traditional way of mass outreach, sending standardized messaging with a one-size-fits-all approach. Leveraging Claude-v2 and Stable Diffusion, they worked with team GoML to design and build the product MVP, which leverages the user persona to bring in a one-on-one approach, even to mass marketing outreach, helping generate hyper-personalized, real-time marketing collaterals. Post an initial Beta launch, they then engaged with AWS, leveraging GoML’s strategic partnership, to get AWS funding to scale the product, host the product on Amazon Marketplace for increased adoption, and even work closely with AWS’s Antler team to raise funds to power product development. Realtime, GenAI-powered insights to increase Sales & improve Store Operations – Taascom

Taascom has been in the business of providing SaaS-based analytics to Managers to help them improve Store operations, but the challenge was that the store managers were unable to utilize these analytics for direct implementation in their day-to-day operations. Working with GoML Architects, they built a GenAI-powered actionable insights & recommendations engine on top of their RedShift DWH. The adoption increased 5X, as the store managers now had access to actions on top of the earlier analytics & data, which could straightaway be implemented in their day-to-day life at the store. Leveraging the GoML – AWS partnership, they got AWS funding to quickly build a prototype on their existing product, piloting with three key customers before scaling this for a mass launch as part of their product. Real-Estate, leasing co-pilot for 5X increased sales – ZebraAI

Real Estate sales have been marred with long sales cycles, reduced conversion time, and high touchpoint sales. Even with automation, the need for human-like responses and follow-ups resulted in lower adoption. ZebraAI wanted to change this by leveraging the power of Generative AI, interpreting the inbound queries, understanding the user’s requirement, suggesting more relevant property matches, booking tours & appointments to follow-ups, and converting the deal, a leasing co-pilot for real estate. With GoML & AWS, they designed a product MVP for a pilot with one of their customers. Leveraging AWS funding and GoML GenAI experts, they developed the prototype and pilot with their initial clients for a few weeks. Post a market fit adoption; they then worked with GoML to get Incremental workload funding from AWS to jointly fund scalable products as a 6-month development effort. Read the full case study here.
