Job Description

We seek a Business Analyst- Operations with 1-3 years of Experience. As a Business Analyst- Operations they will play a pivotal role in optimizing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice. They will be responsible for implementing efficient processes, managing resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to drive the success of our practice. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Operational Strategy: 
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practice. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with the overall business strategy. 
  • Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to improve productivity and quality. 
  • Team Leadership: 
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 
  • Provide guidance on best practices, problem-solving, and effective decision-making. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development initiatives. 
  • Resource Management: 
  • Allocate and optimize resources to meet project demands and organizational goals. 
  • Monitor and manage workloads to ensure teams are adequately resourced and deadlines are met. 
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed. 
  • Client Interaction: 
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding operational matters, ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery. 
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for practice. 
  • Quality Assurance: 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the quality of practice operations. 
  • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of service delivery. 
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, computer science and IT 
  • Degree/certificate in Business administration, operations management, or a related field is a plus. 
  • Proven experience of 1-3 years in a similar operational leadership role. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Familiarity with Technology/software Industry is advantageous.
