Junior Recruiter

Job Description: 

As a Junior Recruiter/Talent Sourcer at goML, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition team. You will work closely with HR and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent for various positions within the company. Your primary goal will be to source and pre-screen candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. 

Responsibilities: 

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates for open positions. 

• Candidate Outreach: Engage with candidates through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to introduce them to the company and assess their interests and qualifications. 

• Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for specific roles. 

• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

• Maintain Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a steady stream of well-qualified candidates. 

• Data Management: Keep candidate information up to date in the provided portal. 

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is a plus. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 

Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition. 

A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
