Job Description:
We seek a Practice Operations Associate with 1-3 years of Experience. As a Practice Operations Associate they will play a pivotal role in optimizing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice. They will be responsible for implementing efficient processes, managing resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to drive the success of our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with the overall business strategy.
- Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to improve productivity and quality.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance on best practices, problem-solving, and effective decision-making.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development initiatives.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate and optimize resources to meet project demands and organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage workloads to ensure teams are adequately resourced and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding operational matters, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for practice.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the quality of practice operations.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, computer science and IT
- Degree/certificate in Business administration, operations management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in a similar operational leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Technology/software Industry is advantageous.
